Today is the Drama era for television. I have never seen such an assortment of good shows accumulate together at once. Lost, Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, CSI, Heroes, and now, a new show called K-Ville is showing a lot of promise. Do any of you remember the days, when the most entertaining form of a television show that was on was Everybody Loves Raymond? I do. Those were dark days for television. But all of that is changing. Networks are coming out with quality series left and right, and I, being on the receiving end of that jackpot, couldn't be more excited. I am a total junkie for anything with a captivating storyline, which is why I believe I am such an Otaku (*I LIVE FOR ANIME*), and Movie Buff. These dramas are just what the doctor ordered for my television deprivation of late.

Every once in a while, a real gem emerges from the pile of junk TV Guide labels "New Shows". I believe that K-Ville could be that gem. It already has a very strong base, that being the Hurricane Katrina tragedy. That alone seems enough to keep a show going. But it also has an amazing cast. Anthony Anderson, will no doubt provide the comic relief for the show, and Cole Hauser (One of the top fighters on my #1 Hotties List) will obviously play the broody, serious, and dangerously attractive lead character. It may be a cliche role to play, but, hey, sometimes cliche can be oh so delicious.

Opening Theme 01:
Asterisk - Orange Range
I think this song is pretty good. I like the chorus part of it, but I'm not too sure about the Verse rapping. Anyways, it's a pretty catchy tune for an amazingly catchy anime.

Ending Theme 01:
Life is Like a Boat - Rie Fu
I seriously despise the beginning of this song. I don't know why, but I have a deja-vu, vivid memory of severely making fun of this song. I don't know when; I don't know how, but I did, and I think I still might. Lol, I seriously don't like this song. But hey, feel free to decide for yourself.

*Squee* I am so excited that I am finally watching this show! The animation is so addictive and fun. I love Ichigo. I love his looks, I love his style, and I love his personality. Wait, I'm 19, Ichigo is 15....something doesn't add up. Oh well. Um, anyone else hear VASH THE STAMPEDE!! Yay, I love that voice. People watching the SUB, are like.... "This girl is crazy...". Oh well, let me be crazy with my Bleach DUBNESS. Anyways, I like how Ichigo's relationship with Rukia is. It's so fun to watch, and will hopefully get even more fun, if you know what I mean. *NUDGE NUDGE* Huh? HUH!? Well, we'll see. I still need to meet this Renji guy, who looks killer cool, if you ask me. And when does Grimmjow come in, because that guy is GNARLY!

Story: Ichigo Kurosaki is an ordinary 15-year-old boy who happens to be able to see ghosts. His fate takes an extraordinary turn when he meets Rukia Kuchiki, a Soul Reaper who shows up at Ichigo's house on the trail of a Hollow, a malevolent lost soul. Drawn to Ichigo's high level of spiritual energy, the Hollow attacks Ichigo and his family, and Rukia steps in to help, but is injured and unable to fight. As a last resort Rukia decides to transfer a part of her Soul Reaper powers to Ichigo...

Ichigo, now a full-fledged Soul Reaper, and Rukia, minus her powers, join together to face the challenges that lie ahead.

Thoughts: So, I am finally going to watch this one! I watched the first, say, 3 episodes a couple years ago, and then got distracted with life, and never continued, but here I am again, starting anew. I absolutely can't wait. I hear so many good things about this show, it's insane. I have watched the first episode in both the SUB and the DUB, and I find that I ADORE the DUB with much more of a passion, so I will be watching them in english. Don't worry though, I will provide the SUB as well, if that is your forte for this particular show. Anyways, I'm off to screencap the first episode, so look for an update really soon, and if you are a hermit like I am and still have not seen Bleach, by all means, watch it with me! It should be fun.

Well, this episode was pretty intense. They finally got a booster for their vanship. Hip Hip Hooray! They can win finally. But, alas, that is not what the day has in store for them. I feel bad for the man being chased by the crazy death star. *shivers* That would be scary.

Well, now Claus and Lavie have a mission. They have to deliver this "Geeta" to Alex Row. Can't wait till they all meet!

This episode was messed. It still upheld it's humour. I was laughing my butt off at parts, but at the end I was like...What the...? I think the rivalry between Kanda and Allen is too cute, but when is my cutee red head going to appear? The akuma in this episode were CREEPY as shite.

They finally put an opening in there, and I love it so much! It's just so emotional, especially the chorus. But I love the verse as well. It just exudes the Ergo Proxy spirit. I definately reccomend this song even if you don't watch anime. It's in english, which I love.

This episode reinstated my love for this show. I was growing a little weary on the second episode, only because the show seemed to be on a stand still, but the third episode gets things moving again with a jolt. I'm loving every minute of it. Pino is absolutely adorable. I love the little outfit. Watch the episode to see it! Mwahahaha. Vincent is a smexy bombshell. Where did that come from? I thought it was really cute how protective Iggy is about Re-l, even though he is being used to watch her by Re-l's grandfather. I also noticed another reason to debate that Raul really does have a good heart. Raul wanted to arrest Vincent, instead of banish him to the outside world. At least, then he could question him and such, and at least he would be safe.

Disillusion - Tainaka Sachi
I love the very beginning of this song. I think it really fits well with the anime, although, a faster paced song would have worked well as well.

Ending Theme:
Anata ga ita Mori - Jukai
I didn't really like this song at first, but as with most songs, it slowly grew on me. Even though I can't understand the lyrics, I can feel the pain in the song, and that is really touching. It's a good song to relax or cry too.

This show is brilliant! Anything to do with magic usually sells for me, but there are a lot of other elements that I like about this show as well. I like the animation (although sometimes it is a bit off), I like the music, I like the script. Not to mention, Archer. Daaaaaamn. Lol. He's definately aesthetically pleasing. This episode didn't have much happen in it, but that is because it is probably just an introductory episode. WATCH IT!

This episode was extremely action packed. Not too much, story-wise though. Does anyone else think that Lavie is the most adorable thing ever!? Her eyes are so expressive. When she is sad, it makes me sad. That is a sign of good animation. I love the dark haired man who comes to Claus and Lavie's rescue. I really hope he is a main character, but he probably won't be. :( *Cries*. Anyways, I'll just have to watch the next episode to find out.

This episode was so funny! I was sitting by myself, laughing like an idiot. I love River Wenham, the spiky, blond tike with the smexy headset. Not to mention, Allen is really starting to grow on me. It goes without saying that Kanda is awesome. Might I point out that his name is the first five letters of my name, Kandace, which in turn, makes me awesome as well. WOOOO. Zomg! Komui Lee is INSANE IN THE MEMBRANE, but hes hilarious. All in all, I liked this episode alot, more so than the first one maybe. P.S. What is up with Heburaska. Can we say....CREEPY.

JJ ABRAMS IS GOD! I love Lost, I love Alias, and sure as heck know I'm going to LOVE LOVE LOVE this freaking amazing movie. While watching this, I did, in fact shat in my pants. *Whoopsies*. But, it is the scariest thing I've seen in a while. Epic, world ending scenarios scare me alot more than movies like Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The graphics look amazing as well.

I seriously recommend you watch this trailer, because it is an eye opener, no doubt about it. I wonder if the actual title is 1 - 18 - 08, or if that is just the date it is coming out. Anyhoo, just thought I'd get you insanely hooked on this movie as well. Enjoy!
